Tasting notes: A rich, ripe, quite heady nose greets you, with complex notes of grapefruit, grass, garrigue flowers and fine herbs, with a touch of saline minerality and a hint of honey. Its Mediterranean origins are evident, and it would be perfect for lightly grilled fish, or simply-cooked chicken or shellfish.
